Journey the Transcontinental Railroad along with nine unlikely couples who encounter all the dangers and disappointments of traveling the rails in the late 1800s. From sight-seeing excursions to transports toward new lives, from orphan trains to circus trains, can romances develop into blazing love in a world of cold, hard steel?
I kinda had a mostly love but a tiny bit of hate relationship with theses stories. On one had I loved most of them, on the other I almost felt like this book was never ending. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t that long of a book, I’m not sure why I felt that way. each story was set around a train but each was different. some were even mostly on train. once I got in the middle of each stories I had a hard time putting it down. but between stories I was able to set it down for a bit. but thats what I love about novella collections!
