I got this pencil sharpener really cheap in exchange for my honest review…and for the most part I like it. my issues are It’s loud, and after sitting for a bit not being used, It sounded like it was losing battery power. It still worked, it just sounded weaker. my older kids are able to use it without an issue, and I love the fact that theres like a swinging door at the opening, when you put a pencil in you have to give it a little push at the beginning I think it helps keep it clean
