So this recipe came about when I have a thing of whipping cream that needed to be used!! I thought chocolate mousse would be fun to try my hand at but I wasn’t comfortable with all the recipes that called for egg. I started searching for an eggless recipe and found some that were near what I was looking for but not quiet there so I created this recipe

Now I used 1 tsp cinnamon but not everyone likes cinnamon and chocolate or they’d like more of a hint of cinnamon so feel free to use less, or none! Let me know what you think and what changes you made!!
12 ounce (1 bag)chocolate chips
1/2-1tsp cinnamon(optional)
Pinch pf salt
6tbsp butter
Melt together all but the butter
Once melted add butter one pat at a time it might start to seize up a bit but keep slowly adding the bitter
And than whip with your mixer and a whisk attachment for about 2-3 mins
In a separate bowl whip togetehr
1 pint whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla
Until stiff peaks form
slowly fold the chocolate mix into the whipped cream mix. once its mostly combined, whip it with your mixer with the whisk attachment for a few minutes

Chill for at least 2 hours
