So last week I made My Apple cake and told everyone if I got enough interest I’d share it here…I thinkI shared it on my blog years ago but thought it would be good to share it again!! several people told me they wanted copies of the recipe so here it is!!
I’d love to know how it turned out for you and If you needed to change anything to fit your diet better (if you tell me I’ll add it to the recipe!)

Apple Cake recipe

Easy apple cake recipe perfect for breakfast, dessert or just a snack. with the perfect combination of apples and cinnamon, perfect for fall/autumn
Ingredients
- Dry Ingredients
- 2½ c flour
- 1½ c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Wet Ingrediants
- ¾ c butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c oil
- ½ c Apple Cider(water or apple juice works but apple cider is the very best)
- 3 apples peeled, cored, and diced
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F
- Grease 9" X 13" pan
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add butter, eggs, oil, and water into dry mixture, stir until blended.
- Add apples and mix.
- Pour into greased pan, or muffin tins
- bake for 50 minutes for 13 x 9 in pan,30 for muffins(20 for mini muffins) until toothpick comes out clean.
